How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Items received back not in their original form may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This applies to all items such as dog beds which may be mishappen beyond resolve therefore cannot be resold or items that are dirty, used or missing tags.
Please note; Dog Beds are not intended to be chewed, suckled or dug by your pet as this will result in damage and may cause illness to your dog if any stuffings are ingested. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or returns for such damage.
Are there any charges for return?
- Returns shipping is payable by the buyer unless the item in faulty and/or damaged
- The cost of the Collect+ returns label will be deducted from your refund once goods are received back
- Collect+ returns cost £5.50 ex VAT
- Out of Area and goods OVER 10kg: If your order is subject to an Out of Area delivery charge or is heavier than 10kg, there will be a different returns delivery charge. Once you have requested a return, we will send a follow up email regarding this
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Made to Order Products
Dog Doza & GB Pets Bed are handmade to order and produced individually by our UK manufacturer. Because these items are custom‑made, they are exempt from change‑of‑mind returns, including cases where the incorrect size has been ordered. Please ensure all measurements are checked carefully before placing your order. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty or not as described, in which case we will resolve the issue in line with our standard returns process.
