Shipping policy

We offer free delivery throughout the majority of Mainland UK across every item on the store with no minimum spend.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day* and Standard delivery is usually within 2-4 working days. In the majority of instances delivery will be made using a fully tracked DPD, however small items will use Royal Mail.

We also offer an Express shipping service for £4.99. Delivery is within 1-2 working days.

Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends

On occassion we may also use Parcelforce or DHL. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day

We are a small family team and we are working hard to process and ship your orders.

 

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email which contains both your named courier and the tracking information.

Not received your tracking email? Please check the email address you have used on your order and your Spam folder.

 

DPD Surcharges: All the below post codes that carry a surcharge will be £8.99 in VAT per label.

  • Mainland 2 Day Delivery: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KW0-14, PH45-99, TR21-25
  • Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW0-14, PA20-40, PH15-41 PH45-49, TR21-25
  • Scottish Islands (2-5 day delivery): HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3
  • Nothern Ireland, Channel Island

DOG DOZA / GB PET BEDS

These items are made to order and therefore are unavailable for same day shipping. The orders are manufactured within 3-5 working and then shipped using a tracked DPD service, directly from the manufacturer. On occasions, the manufacturing process may take a little longer (especially during busier times of year such as November/December) and in some cases you may receive your bed in up to 7 working days.

Out of area deliveries including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands also including some postcodes are subject to delivery surcharges by Dog Dozas chosen courier. If your order is subject to a delivery surcharge, we will contact you.

As an official Equibalancer partner, some orders will be fulfilled directly from Equibalancer


SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
These items usually come with an extended lead time of 7-14 days, but on occasions this may be longer. The reason for this is these items are generally seasonal and to avoid shorter expiry dates are only ordered when required. 

Palletised Deliveries for Bulk Orders

For larger or bulk orders, we are able to offer palletised delivery through our trusted freight partners. This service is ideal for customers purchasing high volumes of feed, bedding, or other heavy items.

Before placing a bulk order, please ensure:

  • You have suitable access for an 18‑tonne vehicle (unless a smaller vehicle has been pre‑arranged).

  • Someone is available to receive the pallet at the agreed delivery time.

  • You have appropriate space for the pallet to be offloaded safely (kerbside delivery as standard).

Failed Pallet Deliveries

If a pallet delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, no one being available to receive the goods, or any other reason outside of the courier’s control, the delivery will be marked as failed.

  • A re-delivery charge will be required before another attempt can be made. This is because we incur the same charge from the freight provider for each delivery attempt.

  • If you choose to cancel the order instead of arranging re-delivery, the pallet will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus the original delivery charge.
