Can I track my order?

The majority of our items are shipped using DPD, Hermes, Fedex and Royal Mail, all of which use a trackable service. Once your order has been despatched ypu will receive an email notification which will contain your parcel tracking number along with courier information.

What are your delivery charges?

All our orders are shipped for FREE within mainland UK. Additional surcharges may apply to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight an the Channel Islands. If you have any queries regarding a delivery, contact us.

When will I receive my order?

What do I do if I never received my order?

If there is an issue with the delivery of your item, contact us right away and we will work to rectify this.

What do I do if I received a defective or faulty order?

If the item you receive is defective or faulty contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide images of any obvious damage or fault as this will help in showing any issues.
