Prices and Payment Policy
All prices are in UK Pounds £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are not included in product prices unless specified. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online shopping cart.
Confirmation of order does not stipulate a contract between us and the customer, until we have confirmed that we can fulfil the order.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy
If any product(s) purchased from us are deemed faulty*, damaged in transit*, or differing from the description given on our website then we will be pleased to arrange to either replace or refund the product(s) at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from us mistakenly and through no fault of ours, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item, provided that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition. The return delivery cost will be covered by the customer.

 

In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after purchasing a product, we reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.

 

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to contact@percyspetproducts or contact us via the website.


If you have received a dispatch confirmation you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee will amount to the initial delivery charge paid. We are not liable for return delivery charges. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Sellers Liability
Except as provided in these conditions or otherwise agreed by the seller in writing and except where death or personal injury has been caused by the sellers negligence, no warranty, conditions, representation, undertaking or obligation, expressed or implied, imposed by statute, common law, custom, course of dealing or otherwise on the part of the seller shall apply in respect of the goods.


Where the goods, or any part thereof, are supplied, designed or manufactured other than by the seller, the seller €™s obligations to the buyer shall not exceed those owed to the seller by the relevant supplier, manufacturer or designer.

 

Force Majeure
The seller shall be relieved of its obligations wherever and to the extent to which fulfilment is prevented, frustrated or impeded as a consequence of any cause outside the reasonable control of the seller including (but not limited to) Acts of God, fire, floods, war or civil disturbance or riot, Acts of Government, currency restriction or fluctuation, labour disputes, strikes, unavailability of materials or failure of supplier or subcontractor to deliver on time.

 

Severability
The invalidity of the whole or any part of these conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of the particular ‘Condition’ or these ‘Conditions’.

Jurisdiction


These conditions and contract of which they form shall be construed in accordance with English law and the buyer hereby submits to jurisdiction of the English Courts.
